Organic spirals pasta from MACRO brand of Woolworths, has deep and rich flavor with healthy ingredients.

Also it makes me to reduce the amount of meal about 20% if compared with other brands.

Shin Ramyun is one of my favorite food for meal.Ramyun is called RAMEN in Japanese, and originally RAMEN was invented on August 25, 1958 by Japanese Momofuku Ando (安藤 百福 ) who founded famous RAMEN product vendor - Nissin Food Products. [1]

The instant RAMEN manufacturing technology was imported from Japan and this new concept of food which was made of cheap flour from US, saved many lives who starved from the poverty after Korean war in South Korea.

Lotte Group of Japan (Founder, Korean name 辛格浩 - Shin Kyuk-Ho , Japanese Name 重光武雄, : Shigemistu Dakeo ) started RAMEN business in Korea in around 1960s, and the RAMEN business was transferred to other family company Nongshim which was run by founder's brother. Nongshim is one of the companies which produce many of my favorite food varieties. [2]

The name of this RAMEN "Shin(辛)" means "sour" or "hot", but also means the family name of the owner of Nongshim and LOTTE group.
